DPS MARCH CERTIFICATION

This certificate is issued specifically to the holder and whilst all due care and diligence has been exercised in the collection of data and risk assessment by DPS March, it provides an advisory and consultancy service, based on the opinion and experience of the signatory overleaf responsible for the survey and certificate. DPS March issues such advice in good faith and without prejudice or guarantee. Accordingly, nothing in the issue of this certificate can be construed in any way as conferring liability on DPS March. DPS March makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee as to the accuracy, aptness or completeness of any of the data provided therein.

In considering the certification and/or advice by DPS March, the recipient should bear in mind that the information contained therein is based upon, inter alia, an analysis of information made available at the time to DPS March by the holder and/or other independent third parties or vendors and it was not the responsibility of DPS March to independently verify the accuracy or reliability of the information.

The certification and/or advice reflects prevailing conditions and DPS March’s views, as of the specified date, all of which are subject to change due to circumstances or the effluxion of time. Whilst care is taken to ensure that the certificate accurately reflects information made available at the time of certification, such certification shall not create an impression that the certificate shall be accurate in perpetuity.

By accepting this certificate and/or advice, the recipient agrees that to the fullest extent permitted by law, DPS March, its affiliates and their respective partners, members, employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives shall have no liability to such recipient or to any third party for any claim, damages, loss, charges, expenses or any other liability of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising, whether direct or indirect (whether special or consequential loss and/or damages) for any decisions made or actions taken or not taken by the holder or recipient of this certificate and/or advice, in reliance upon any such certificate and/or advice or misstatement or omission of fact or any opinion expressed therein.
